Carski je pogled, carska je palača i moja kuhinja u jednoj od odaja cara Dioklecijana, kažu velikog gurmana, pa se trudim da i jela budu takva i kad koristim najobičnije sastojke, kao što su ovi danas!
Znam da i vi takva najviše volite! Jednostavna u pripremi, a bogata okusima, mirisima i bojama!

Sastojci:
500-600 g teletine ili janjetine (piletine), 2 crvena luka, 1 manja butternut tikva, 5-6 krumpira, 1-2 paprike,
svježi timjan, 2-3 režnja češnjaka, sol, papar i ulje

Ingredients:
500-600 g of veal or lamb or chicken, 2 onions, 1 small butternut squash, 5-6 potatoes, 1-2 yellow peppers, fresh thyme, 2-3 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper and oil
