Za mene i moju unučicu Ivu, Božić je već odavno započeo! Danas je za nju bio poseban dan!
Nad božićnom šumom je zaista zalepršao pravi snijeg... iz njene mašte!

Sastojci:
-ispeći biskvit dan prije, 200 g čokolade, 150 g maslaca, 150 g oraha, 2-3 žlice ruma,
1 dl mlijeka (ako treba dodati )
Za glazuru:
200 g bijele čokolade, 5-6 žlica ulja
Za dekoraciju:
Ostatak čokolade i zelena boja, 100 g maslaca, 50 g šećera u prahu, perle i kokosovo brašno

Ingredients:

200 g white chocolate, 5-6 tablespoons of oil
For the decoration:
The rest of the chocolate and green color, 100 g of butter, 50 g of powdered sugar, pearls and coconut flour

I ako je malo zahtjevnije, upustite se u izradu ovih predivnih kolačića!
Ne samo da sam usrećila svoju unučicu, usrećila sam i još neke odrasle članove obitelji.... ali i sebe!

Sastojci za tijesto:
320 g brašna, 120 g maslaca, 100 g šećera, 1 jaje, 1 žutanjak, 1 žličica cimeta, 1 šećer vanilija, malo soli
Kalupe sam napravila od drvenog štapa promjera 2 cm
Za nadjev:
150 - 200 ml vrhnja za šlag, 200 g čokolade, 200 g biskvitnih mrvica, malo ruma
Za glazuru:
200 g bijele čokolade i 5-6 žlica ulja...boja i perlice za ukras
Marcipan za plamenčiće

My granddaughter was very happy, some adult family members also .... and I was very happy too!

Dough ingredients:

Na našem svečanom ručku volimo imati nešto divlje i ovog puta smo odabrali fazana i po ne znam koji put se uvjerili da je njegovo meso delicija među pticama! Obavezno probajte!

Sastojci:
Fazan od 1 - 1,2 kg ( mlađi ), korjenasto povrće za juhu, 200 - 300 g šampinjona, 2-3 grančice timjana,
50 - 70 g maslaca, 1-2 žlice brašna, 3-4 žlice konjaka ( vinjaka ), sol, papar, ulje, panceta na tanje fete,
sok pola limuna i juha ...
